We wanted something different for our double vanity ensuite and these two elegant wooden basins would complement our black tapware perfectly! I took a few photos and emailed Renovator Store. They emailed back within an hour and asked me to complete a simple online form with the images then said they would deal with Aus Post directly. They also let me know that a replacement had been dispatched.
They made everything extremely simple and their communication and customer service was exemplary.
