  Anthony was friendly, efficient and listened to what I wanted rather than try the hard sell. I had done my research and I got exactly what I wanted. This guy is someone you can trust to tell the truth, answer all your questions directly and in detail and follow up on your requests. I don't know who was more excited about my new car- him or me!!! Very well done and my car is soooooo fab!

  Large yard with lots of inventory. After sales experience is lousy.
  
  No communications from them to us. We had to call them to find out everything from, "have your received our money transfer" to "when can we pick up our car".
  
  The car tires were blackened, but the car had not been washed, and the inside was not cleaned. At that stage I did not complain, I simply wanted to collect our car and get out of there.
  
  The car also need either wheel alignment or a wheel balance.
  
  Also, they have not bothered to call us to see how the car is going in the first week of ownership. After plonking down close to 60k one would think they would spend a few bucks making sure we were happy.
  
  So.... if you want selection shop here. If you want a solid customer experience. Stay away.
  
  P.S. Besides the wheel alignment issue the car itself is superb. Thanks to Kia, and no thanks to Chadstone Kia.
