  Went through the drive through, cheeseburger was with out cheese and my Big Mac, there were more lettuce and sauce on the outside then inside the burger. Better check your order before you leave.

  We went through drive-through and ordered a maxi family meal. We asked for a spicy Mc chicken to be added instead of other burgers. The young lady serving us made an audible sigh and kept trying to hurry us. The board wasn’t working either so we didn’t know where we were with the order.
  Came to the paying window, and were rushed again to pay without giving us chance to confirm the order. They printed the receipt and said go to the next window. There, we were told we couldn’t check our order when it was given to us and told to move along.
  The service manager was not polite, nor treated us with respect.
  We felt like we were a nuisance to them and not a valued customer.
  Usually, our mcd’s experience is always great, but this was just so below par that we felt like we should leave a review so that something can be done.

  Terrible service from the manager. None of the workers bothered to give me any service and when I asked a simple question why I wasn't served, the manager told me rudely to get lost. Never going there again! Boycott this chain.

  New years day at 2am. NELSON was his name I'm pretty sure. He was amazing. One guy in the kitchen , NELSON on register. Amazing service even though it was extremely busy. Hats off to those boys. Keep up the good work .

  Terribly understaffed, wait times parked put front from drivethrough. Didn't get one of the meals after waiting out the front for 10 minutes, and had to go in and get it myself The manager was arrogant and rude when I requested missing meal. When I got it it was old and stale. Still missing hashbrown.
