I have been dealing with Cheryl Townsend and she always acted in a very professional manner. she is one of the most proactive, efficient, committed and very easy to deal with.   From the very first interaction we had with Chris, we knew he was the agent for us. Respectful. compassionate and a true gentleman are the first words that come to mind when we reflect back to our sales campaign. Chris far exceeded our expectations, the marketing package recommended ticked all boxes. Communication and feedback was clear and delivered as needed. Come auction day, we witnessed Chris do what he does best, selling houses. Thank you Chris for an amazing result, your local knowledge and experience was second to none.   Brian always had our best interests at heart. He was hard working and maximized the current market. He has excellent knowledge of market and the sales process. He valued the property within a reasonable range. He didn't look for a quick sale at a reduced price and we never felt pressured from him to sell at a reduced market price. He is transparent and kept us up to date with the progress of the sale. We plan to use Brian again for the next property we sell.

  Alexandra was our property manager for last 2 years. She has been great , very responsive. She has been very helpful and helped us through moving in and moving out.

  Cheryl has been a pleasure to deal with. as a renter she has been professional and always kept us in the know of what was going on. we put in an application and two days later we had been approved.   Definitely the best agents in Oakleigh. Very experienced and have a lot of current market knowledge. Also are incredibly professional and always willing to help with anything they can. the selling process was very very straightforward with Woodards.
